Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Joseph is the founder of Hope Wellness Center and a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in complex diagnostic evaluations and precision psychopharmacology. He works with adults and adolescents to treat conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders.
 
He is known for his medical–psychiatric approach, carefully evaluating underlying medical, neurological, and lifestyle factors that may contribute to mental health symptoms. His clinical focus goes beyond surface-level diagnoses, helping patients gain clarity and receive more targeted, effective treatment.
 
Joseph provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based care, integrating psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and interpersonal approaches.
